Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with bte99, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Providing Information at Registration

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. Report any unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately.

Deposit Terms

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Deposits may only be made through approved payment methods.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will be held if any active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent using the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The first deposit must be at least ৳200 to activate the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated at the time the offer is published.
• Claiming more than one bonus from the same person, household, address, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• bte99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is found, the account will be suspended.
• Withdrawals using only the bonus balance are not permitted before wagering is completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus are also subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

VIP Program

The bte99 VIP program has 5 levels. Weekly cashback is provided at each level:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP levels by playing regularly. VIP cashback is credited on a weekly basis and its own wagering requirements apply.

General Betting Terms

All betting and gaming activities on the bte99 platform are governed by these Terms and the individual rules of each game. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

• Any bet or game affected by a technical error will be considered void.
• If your internet connection is lost, the outcome of an ongoing bet or game will be determined based on data saved on the server.
• bte99 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for any game or market.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are identified, bte99 will investigate and may void the bets if necessary.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and various other international events. For sports betting:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the original amount refunded.
• Bets will be settled after the official result of the match is announced.

bte99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• A serious violation of these terms.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

Any valid balance will be returned through the relevant method after closure, unless forfeiture conditions apply due to fraud.

Right to Modify Terms

bte99 may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform. Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication.

Partial Invalidity

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective and valid. The invalidity of one part will not affect the terms as a whole.
